How to Create an Inspirational Social Media Post

 Find an Inspirational Image

☐ Go to Google.com
☐ Search: “Inspirational quotes”
☐ Click the Images tab
☐ Avoid any images with prices or from big retailers (like Amazon)
☐ Choose a square or nearly square image with a message you like

 Save the Image

☐ Click on the image to enlarge it
☐ Right-click → “Save image as…”
☐ Save it in your Downloads folder (or another easy-to-find place) as a .jpg

 Note the Source

☐ If there's a watermark or website name on the image, you're covered
☐ If not, make note of the website or creator for credit

 Create Your Post

☐ Open Facebook Creator Studio or Facebook Business Suite
☐ Start a new post like usual
☐ Upload your saved image
☐ Crop the image if needed to keep the quote fully visible

 Write the Caption

☐ Write at least two sentences
☐ Make it relevant to the quote
☐ Optional: Share a short story or personal insight

Example:
“Progress over perfection—that’s my goal this week. Small steps still move us forward.”

 Add Hashtags (Use up to 30)
